A smarter, stronger Brightx — research, thinking, charts, Python and a new Office.
- new🎂 Birthday gift & free holidays — Add your birthday in Settings → Profile: on your birthday Brightx is free and unlimited for you, with a birthday card made just for you. Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year and Independence Day are free days for everyone.
- improvedFewer failed replies — If the connection drops or the AI is busy, Brightx quietly tries again before showing an error — in chats, Office and Studio.
- improvedOffice writes straight into empty files — Ask Brightx in a new document or spreadsheet and the result goes right in (Undo is still there).
- improvedDocuments live in Office — Ask for a letter, CV or report in a chat and press “Open in Brightx Office” — it opens and writes it for you. Office sticks to documents and Studio sticks to code.
- newOffice: Save, Don't save or Cancel — Leaving a document you changed now asks, like Word. Documents can also be read aloud in a natural voice.
- fixedAsk Brightx in Office — Fixed a crash when opening Ask Brightx in newer versions of Chrome.
- newWebsite chat widget — Put a Brightx assistant on any website with one line of code — it answers visitors 24/7 using what you tell it about the business. Make one at brightx.online/widgets.
- improvedA natural, professional voice — Read aloud, voice mode and audio overviews now use natural AI voices that sound like a real presenter. Pick one in Settings → Voice.
- newBrightx for VS Code — Use Brightx inside VS Code: chat about your code, right-click to fix or explain, and apply changes to your files. Get it at brightx.online/vscode.
- improvedA tidier sidebar — More room for your chats: the main pages are on top, the rest are under More, and your usage folds into one line.
- new✨ Improve my prompt — Type a rough idea and press Improve — Brightx turns it into a clear, detailed request.
- newSaved replies — Bookmark any answer and find it again in Library → Saved replies.
- newScheduled tasks — Brightx can now do things for you on a schedule — daily news, gold prices, research every Friday — and email you the results.
- newSmarter answer cards — Quick question forms, key-figure cards and setup panels make answers clearer. App Builder shows a plan to approve before it builds.
- newStudy & Tutor mode — A patient tutor that teaches step by step, quizzes you and guides homework with hints.
- newSee how Brightx thinks — With Think on, open “Thought for …” to read Brightx's reasoning.
- newScreenshot to website — Attach a picture of any design in Website Builder and Brightx rebuilds it.
- newAI slides — Ask for a presentation: designed slides appear in the chat — change the theme, present full screen or download PowerPoint.
- newMind maps — Ask for a mind map of any topic and explore it branch by branch.
- newMemory — Tell Brightx things about you once — it remembers them in every chat. See or delete them in Settings → Memory.
- newReply styles — Pick Short, Detailed, Simple or Formal answers with the Style button in the message box.
- newAudio overview — Turn any chat or document into a short podcast with two hosts — press play and listen.
- newImages page — Pick a trending style or template (Anime, Caricature, Stickers, Flyer, Logo…), add your photo if you like, and create.
- improvedMore reliable videos — If one video maker fails, a backup takes over automatically.
- newDeep Research — Press Research: Brightx searches the web several times and writes a full report with sources.
- newThink harder — Press Think for slower, more careful answers to hard maths, code and decisions.
- newReads your links — Paste a web address and Brightx opens the page and reads it.
- newRun Python in the chat — Python code in a reply gets a Run button — see the output and charts right there.
- newCharts — Ask for a chart or graph: bar, line, area, pie and doughnut, downloadable as PNG.
- newBrightx Office — Write Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PDFs in the browser — with fonts, font sizes, line spacing and Ask Brightx to edit them for you.
- newStudio — A VS Code-style code editor that runs Python (even turtle and tkinter), websites and more — and can connect to your PC.
- newYearly plans & unlimited Plus and Business — Pay monthly (30 days) or yearly (365 days, 2 months free). Plus and Business are now unlimited — messages, images and videos — with a fair daily limit.
- newDownload everything as a ZIP — One tap packs a reply's code, Word documents, Excel sheets and images — or a whole chat — into a ZIP.
- newYour own assistants — Make custom Brightx helpers — a tutor, a CV coach, a business advisor — with their own instructions.
- newFlashcards — Ask for flashcards and study with flip cards that track what you know.
- improvedRegenerate keeps every answer — Switch between answers with ‹ 1/2 ›. Long answers that were cut off get a Continue button.
- newVoice mode — Talk with Brightx hands-free — it listens, answers out loud, then listens again.
- newPrompt library — Type / in the message box for 30+ ready-made prompts: CV, business plan, WAEC practice and more.
- newTranslate any reply — Adjust → Translate to Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, Pidgin, French and more.

- improvedFree images — Free accounts now get 4 AI images a day, in every mode.
