Terms of Use

These terms are the rules for using Brightx, run by Gold3tech. By creating an account or using Brightx, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Brightx

You must be at least 13 years old. If you’re under 18, you need your parent’s or guardian’s permission, and they should make any payments. You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens on your account.

2. Using Brightx the right way

You must not use Brightx to create, share or publish anything that:

• is illegal, or helps someone break the law;
• is hateful, bullying, threatening, violent or sexual;
• pretends to be a real company, bank or person — including fake login or payment pages (phishing) — or tricks people;
• shares someone else’s private information without their permission;
• contains viruses or harmful code, or attacks other websites or services;
• copies other people’s work in a way that breaks their rights.

Don’t try to get around limits, overload the service, or use many accounts to collect bonuses. These rules also apply to shared chats and published websites.

3. What you create

The code, text and websites you make with Brightx are yours to use, change and sell. When you share a chat or publish a website, you allow us to host and show it until you remove it. Published websites show a small “Made with Brightx” badge.

4. AI can make mistakes

Brightx uses AI, which can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Always check code and information before you rely on it, publish it or put it into a real business — especially anything about health, money, law or security.

5. Plans, limits and payments

• The Free plan has daily limits. Plus and Business are paid through Flutterwave and last 30 days from payment; renewing early adds 30 more days. Plans don’t renew automatically.
• Limits and features are shown on the Pricing page and may change. Bonus messages from invites have no cash value.
• After paying, the premium AI can take up to 24 hours to be fully ready. If something goes wrong with a payment, contact us and we’ll sort it out.

6. Other services

Some features use other services — for example GitHub when you connect it, and Flutterwave for payments. Their own terms also apply when you use them.

7. When we can remove content or accounts

We may remove shared chats or published websites, or suspend accounts, that break these terms or put people at risk — sometimes without warning. If you think we made a mistake, contact us. You can report a shared chat or website using the Report link on it.

8. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Brightx running well, but it’s provided “as is”: it may sometimes be unavailable or have mistakes. As far as the law allows, we’re not responsible for losses caused by relying on AI answers, by downtime, or by things you build or publish. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have by law.

9. Changes and ending

We may update Brightx and these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. You can stop using Brightx and ask us to delete your account at any time.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
